The prevention of accidents is an objective affecting all levels of the organization and its activities. It is, therefore, a basic requirement that each supervisor make the safety of employees an integral part of his or her regular management function. It is equally the duty of each employee to accept and follow established safety regulations and procedures.


Gilbert Mechanical has a strong Workplace Accident & Injury Reduction Safety Program that includes regularly scheduled Safety Committee meetings and site safety visits. In addition, we hold periodic all-company safety meetings. The majority of our employees are OSHA 10 Certified and all employees participate in Weekly Safety Toolbox Talks to enhance their safety awareness.
