- Gilbert completed design/build services for this 150,000 sq ft multi-use medical building, which included a 20,000 sq ft surgery center, an MRI and CT imaging suite, a pathology lab, and primary and specialty care clinics.
- Systems included packaged VAV rooftop air handlers with energy recovery wheels and variable speed compressors, high-efficiency hot water boilers for heating, high-efficiency humidification system, high-pressure steam boiler system for sterilization, Alerton Building Automation System, base building plumbing and electrical systems including distribution for multiple tenants.
