Gilbert enacted innovative solutions to meet the needs of Lakeville Health’s new facility, including:
- Upgraded HVAC systems with variable air volume units, incorporating high-efficiency features like double-wall R-13 construction, MERV 15 filtration, and UV lights to maintain superior indoor air quality
- High turn-down natural gas heaters
- Variable-speed compressors, modulating condenser fans, and hot gas bypass to optimize energy efficiency and operational performance
- Advanced systems for the ambulatory surgery centers, including HEPA filtration, high-efficiency gas-fired humidification, and a full complement of medical gases and sterilization systems
- Alerton web-based direct digital control system with remote monitoring and data tracking, providing real-time oversight and enhanced system management capabilities
