Market House, a historic building in downtown St. Paul, standing tall for over 100 years, required numerous HVAC upgrades to ensure occupant health and building efficiency.

Gilbert replaced the 64-unit condominium’s outdated HVAC system with a more efficient 4-pipe system, including new fan coils, piping, pumps, and District Energy heat exchangers to enhance climate control and energy efficiency.
