Biography
Rick Hammond
Plumbing Division Manager

Rick has over fifteen years of experience as a project manager at Gilbert Mechanical on all sizes of projects ranging from design/build apartments to engineered hospital work. Rick assisted in the design and managed the installation of the plumbing for the 230 unit Pioneer Endicott and managed the HVAC and plumbing for Catholic Charities’ Higher Ground shelter, both in St Paul. His responsibilities include design and project management of commercial plumbing and HVAC systems and managing the plumbing service department. Prior to his time at Gilbert Mechanical, Rick spent nine years as a Master Brewer for Rock Bottom Breweries and two years in commercial kitchens. This experience has provided Rick with a deep understanding of the inner workings of kitchens and breweries.
